All data obtained through Meta Platform products is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies. We retain Meta platform data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and delete it upon request or when it is no longer needed.

You may request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including data obtained through Meta Platform products. To request data deletion:

• Email info@akrosdigital.com.sg with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
• Include your name and any relevant account identifiers so we can locate your data

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email. If we received your data through Meta Platform products, we will also delete that data from our systems in accordance with Meta's requirements.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Usage data collected through analytics tools is retained according to the default settings of those platforms.

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your personal data at any time
