Clinic marketing results
I build clinics into brands, then prove it.
This page is not a portfolio of logos. It shows clinic marketing results: real numbers from real accounts. A clinic is named here only when it has given written approval to be named. Every number shows exactly where that patient came from.
One real example
More patients, less ad money. How is that possible?
Here is exactly how it happened for one clinic, step by step.
01
What we saw
Nexus was spending on both Google Ads and Meta. Nobody could say for sure which one actually brought in patients who booked.
02
What we tested
I started tracking every single enquiry back to its real source. Not a guess. The actual ad, search, or post that sent it.
03
What the test showed
Over a five-week window, the tracking showed 3 enquiries from Google Ads. In that same window, it showed roughly 100 from Meta.
04
What we changed
Google Ads was costing about $6,000 a month. It went down to about $1,500. About $4,000 a month moved to Meta, where the enquiries were.
05
What happened
Cost per lead on Google Ads fell from about $222 in April, to about $53 in May, to about $34 in June. By July 2026, Meta ad spend came to S$4,637, Akros fees not included. Patients who came through the system that month paid the clinic S$76,863.
This is why revenue can go up while spend goes down. The money was never gone. It was going to the wrong channel. Moving it to where the patients actually were made the difference.

Clinics in the engine now
Clinic marketing results come next, with each clinic’s written yes.
Doctor-owned clinics, across several specialties, are in the engine now. A clinic gets named here only after its written yes, and only next to a number I can actually source. Until then, you see the specialty, and nothing else.
How every number on this site is made
01A lead is a gated form fill
It means a name, a number, and the enquiry, sent on purpose. A click is not a lead, and it never gets counted as one.
02The source is attached when it is sent
Every enquiry arrives already stamped with the ad, search, or post that sent it. Nothing gets pieced together from memory at the end of the month.
03Revenue is matched invoice by invoice
A patient only counts once the clinic’s own billing shows they paid. And each patient counts only once, no matter how many times they enquired.
The numbers come out of two things: the patient acquisition system I build and run, and the lead tracking that names the channel behind every enquiry. Patients who ask an AI assistant before they enquire get counted too, and here is how that one works. The person behind all of it is on the about page.
How growth is counted here
Growth is counted in real enquiries and clinic revenue, not clicks.
