moved from Google search to Meta at Nexus Aesthetic once the tracking showed where the enquiries were. I made that call from the numbers, and enquiries rose.
The person behind Akros
Tyler Ang, Akros Digital. It’s medical marketing for doctor-owned clinics in Singapore, run by the person whose name is on the invoice.
I run Akros Digital, a medical marketing consultancy in Singapore. I’m a medical marketer who uses AI to do the work a team used to do. That is how one person can hold your whole account and still go deep. I diagnose the clinic first, build the fix, and stay on, because growth shows up as patients booked over months, not as a spike in clicks. Everything is measured in numbers you can check yourself.

$34
cost per gated lead, 1 to 15 June 2026, across 50 gated leads. April was about $222, on Google Ads alone.
S$76,863
paid by 22 patients in July 2026, on S$4,637 of Meta ads. Matched patient by patient.
01 / Why doctor-owned
A surgeon’s reputation is the only asset in this business that compounds.
I only work with doctors who are already doing their part.
Those two lines are from the first letter I sent to a surgeon, and they still hold. Marketing amplifies what is already there. When the doctor owns the clinic, the name on the door and the person answering for it are the same person, and that is who I want to build for.
02 / How I work
The same order a doctor uses. No prescriptions before the diagnosis.
01 · The diagnosis
Two weeks
I trace the patient flow from search to consult room and find the one thing holding growth back. You keep the findings either way.
02 · The treatment
Three months
The engine gets built and run: website, search, ads, content, follow-up, tracking. Everything stays in your name.
What the treatment covers03 · Follow-up
Years
Month to month after the first month. Keep measuring, keep fixing whatever comes next, no handoffs.
03 / What I will not do
The filters I apply to myself before I take a clinic on. Written by me, not by a brand agency.
I do marketing for doctor-owned clinics in Singapore: search, AI answers, social, the pages, the tracking. I would rather show you numbers than describe myself.
If a group, a chain or an investor owns your clinic, I am not the right fit. I work with the doctor whose name is on the door, because that is the person who cares whether the next patient is the right patient.
Not a slogan, a filter. Marketing amplifies what is already there. When the care is real, patients feel it in the first five seconds of a video. When it is not, no budget fixes it, and I would be taking your money to prove that.
A third is a conflict of interest, and you would be right to ask whose campaign I am thinking about at 11pm.
Google Ads catches people who have already decided and are comparing prices and reviews. There is no emotion in it. Social builds the emotion, but most clinic content is beautifully edited, attention-grabbing, and produces zero leads. I run both because each covers the other’s blind spot, and everything we publish has one job, to earn an enquiry we can trace back to it.
If I can lower your ad spend and keep the enquiries, I will, even when it makes my own report look smaller. At Nexus the budget followed the patients from Google search to Meta, and July’s S$4,637 of Meta ads brought back S$76,863.
Think of me as one more marketing person on your staff, month to month, no lock-in. The only way I keep the seat is by getting results, so I look for places to spend less and new places to grow, and no two clinics get the same plan.
Every figure on this site comes from real accounts, on the same basis every month, published with the clinic’s written permission. When a month is still running, it says so.
04 / Who I refuse
A fit
TWO CLINICS PER SPECIALTY, MAXIMUM
A third is a conflict of interest.
05 / Why this is different
You work with me directly. No account managers, no juniors learning on your budget. AI does the volume, I do the judgment.
Every enquiry is tracked to the source that produced it, Google, Meta, search or direct, through to the booking.
How the tracking worksWhen tracking shows a channel is wrong for your specialty, the spend gets cut, not defended.
If your clinic feels stuck and you want to know exactly why, start with the diagnosis.
